Sept 9 -Bradford West Gwillimbury region Lake Simcoe Environmental Management Strategy meeting took place on September 9th. The session covered the state of the watershed from the standpoint of water, land and air. Topic of most interest to boaters was the concern of the Phosphorous loading into the lake causing weed growth. The action plan calls for a 25% reduction in phosphorous into the lake.
